Storyline:

Gen.G Quickly Reshapes Roster

The Gen.G Tigers completely overhauled their roster during the offseason. The front office’s first step was shipping away 2020’s fifth overall selection, ShiftyKaii, to T-Wolves Gaming in exchange for a pair of former NBA 2K League champions (Feast, JMoney). Feast and JMoney will join former Minnesota teammate, TurnUpDefense, with the Tigers. This trio was a massive part of the 2019 championship run that T-Wolves Gaming made in season two.

The Tigers weren’t done there though. On draft night, Gen.G made a blockbuster deal with Warriors Gaming Squad, acquiring All-NBA 2K League player BSmoove, giving up the third overall selection. BSmoove will be slotted next to JMoney in the backcourt, and the two combine for 5+ years of NBA 2K League experience entering the season.

After the draft day deal, Gen.G was left with just two draft picks in the mid-forties. The team decided to use those selections on highly talented forwards BxmpyDon and Sawcfree, who are poised to battle for the starting power forward job. No matter which rookie earns the job, they’ll join Feast in the frontcourt, an all-time successful NBA 2K big man.
