Storyline:

Fresh Faces In Boston

After a rocky season three that featured just four wins all year long, Celtics Crossover Gaming decided to move on from five-out-of-seven members on their 2020 roster. oFab was sent to Cleveland for a pair of draft selections that ended up being Tayzo (5th overall) and WorthingColt (17th overall). Boston opted not to retain MelEast, NoAutographs, TooxCool, nor Easy. FTW shined during season three’s finale, earning a roster spot for 2021. Bulley, the team’s 2019 first-round selection, was also retained, but is expected to battle it out with 2021 second-round pick, DJLayy, for a spot in the starting lineup.

The remainder of the rookie class includes talented guard prospect, AWalkingBucket, who will be FTW’s duo — or the other way around? Regardless of who the starting point guard or shooting guard is, Boston’s backcourt should prove to be electric, but has big shoes to fill after Fab’s departure.

Last, and certainly not least, WorthingColt makes his return the NBA 2K League after a one-year ‘hiatus’. WorthingColt was a member of Kings Guard Gaming for seasons one and two, and after spending a season away from the league, he proved his worth as a 2021 first-round selection.
